Terms of Service
Effective September 16, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the eCorporateCard.com website, digital business card platform, NFC products and related services. By purchasing, accessing or using the services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Business Use
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements for yourself or the organization you represent. Our services are intended primarily for legitimate business use.
2. Services
eCorporateCard provides hosted digital business cards and related setup, customization, NFC, QR-code, support and maintenance services. Features may include contact buttons, profile information, images, videos, maps, social links, forms, coupons and third-party links. Specific features depend on the selected package and agreed scope.
3. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, lawful and authorized content; obtaining employee permissions where needed; protecting account credentials; reviewing cards before use; and notifying us when information changes. You may not use the services to impersonate others, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, transmit malicious code, send unlawful spam or promote illegal activity.
4. Plans, Billing and Payment
Dealership packages are offered at the prices shown on our pricing page unless a separate written agreement applies. Dealer 25 includes up to 25 employees for $199 per month, Dealer 50 includes up to 50 employees for $349 per month, and Dealer 100 includes up to 100 employees for $599 per month. Fees are billed in advance and are nonrefundable except where required by law or stated in a written agreement. Taxes and specially requested services may be charged separately.
5. Subscription Changes and Cancellation
Subscriptions continue until canceled. A customer may request cancellation by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless a written agreement says otherwise. We may change pricing or package features with reasonable advance notice, with changes applying to a future billing period.
6. NFC Cards and Physical Products
NFC card compatibility may vary by device, settings and placement. QR codes and card links provide an alternate sharing method. Customers should notify us promptly about shipping errors or defective cards. Replacement charges may apply to lost, damaged or employee-reassignment cards unless otherwise agreed.
7. Intellectual Property
eCorporateCard and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, designs, documentation, trademarks and service technology. Customers retain ownership of content they provide and grant us a limited license to host, reproduce, format and display that content as needed to provide the services.
8. Third-Party Services
The platform may link to or integrate with third-party services such as maps, video platforms, social networks and payment processors. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content or practices.
9. Availability and Changes
We work to keep the services available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or product development.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. We do not guarantee particular sales, customer engagement, revenue or business results.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, eCorporateCard will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or lost profits, data or business opportunities. Our total liability arising from the services will not exceed the fees paid by the customer for the affected services during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify eCorporateCard from claims, damages and expenses arising from content you provide, your misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms or your violation of another person’s rights.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, unlawful activity, security risk, material breach or conduct that threatens the platform or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
